Does anyone else tend to always have a pile of books they haven't read yet? I want to fuck fucking going to bookshops/browsing on amazon and buying stuff that i wont read right away but intend to read at some point. Its fucking superb cos I always have something that will suit my mood when I go to pick a new book but sometimes I feel teh pressure t read them. And teh past few weeks I've hardly read at all and I've been stuck on teh same book for ages. So anway, here is my current unread pile:
Strangers: Taichi Yamada Cold Spring Harbour: Richard Yates Remainder: Tom McCarthy On Chesil Beach: Ian McEwan After Dark: Haruki Murakami Life A User Manual: Georges Perec Spring Snow: Mishima teh Impressionist: Hari Kunzru
I also have: Man In Dark: Paul Auster and What I Talk About When I Talk About Running: Haruki Murakami
on order from amazon.
So I'm thinking maybe I should not buy any more books till I have read all of teh above ten? whaddayareckon?

Well, I'm not one to talk about this subject, really, but.. read a third of them, before you buy anymore. How's that?

That depends if we also count my schoolbooks from last semester ^-^
I guess there's twenty or so. But I'm fucking going to read them. Definitely. After I bought some more.
You've also got to realize that teh unread book is far less shit than teh read book, 'cause teh unread boko can contain anything at all.
